Seth MacFarlane To Reboot The Flintstones

Seth MacFarlane, creator of Family Guy, has just won the rights to reboot The Flintstones. Supposedly this has been years in the making as MacFarlane’s first ever cartoon he drew at 2 years old was Fred Flintstone and is ecstatic that he finally received the green light to go ahead on production. The show will undergo the production process beginning later this year and the first episode of the revamped show will air on Fox in 2013. The Flintstones will be MacFarlane’s fourth cartoon series – Family Guy, American Dad, and The Cleveland Show being the other three.
