Terry Urban and Mick Boogie re-release their popular Viva La Hova mashup of Jay-Z and Chris Martin / Coldplay. This version is remastered and also includes two new bonus songs that weren’t included on the original release. As the weather gets colder and summertime fades away, it seemed like a perfect time to re-release a project that can only be described as ambient cold weather music. “Terry and I were planning on re-releasing it in December anyways, just because everywhere we go, people ask us about it,” said Mick Boogie. “After Jay-Z and Coldplay announced their big New Years Eve plans, including performing together integrating their songs… and about a million people emailed us… we decided to just drop the re-release now. Why wait?”

Featuring two new bonus songs not contained on the original Viva La Hova release, this project also finds the original mixes re-mastered, non-sequenced, and without the signature “dj drops” over the songs. “Everyone always told us they treated this project as an album, and not a mixtape,” said Terry Urban. “This being the playlist generation, we wanted to offer the songs in an album, non-mixed format so people can use the songs however they see fit.”
