Music Video: Drake Feat. Rihanna – Take Care

What’s easily the most popular track off of Drake’s latest LP release, “Take Care,” he, alongside his former love Rihanna, finally put together a video for it. It’s a bit random — considering there’s a Blue Jay flying around and a Bull bucking — but for the most part, it’s pretty dope. Enjoy!

Is Drake’s Take Care going to steal album of the year? It very well could. He’s keeping minimal features on his sophomore album and only rocking with close friends Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, Rick Ross, The Weeknd, and then he even secured a verse from legend Andre 3000. The CD hits stores November 15th. If he kept Dreams Money Can Buy, Club Paradise, and Free Spirit off of the album because everything in the below final tracklist are better than them? Then he’s going to have one hell of an album. Check out the complete tracklist below.

1. Over My Dead Body
2. Shot For Me
3. Headlines
4. Crew Love ft. The Weeknd
5. Take Care ft. Rihanna
6. Marvins Room
7. Under Ground Kings
8. We’ll Be fine
9. Make Me Proud ft. Nicki Minaj
10. Lord Knows ft. Rick Ross
11. Cameras
12. Doing It Wrong
13. The Real Her ft. Andre 3000 & Lil Wayne
14. Look What You’ve Done
15. HYFR ft. Lil Wayne
16. Practice
17. The Ride

19. Untitled ft. Lil Wayne

Drake Uses The Kiddush Cup & Shabbat Candle On The “Take Care” Album Cover

With Rosh Hashanah approaching this week, the Jewish side of Drake pulls out the all gold Kiddush Cup and Shabbat Candle (and OVO Owl) for his Take Care album cover. The new CD is releasing on Drizzy’s 25th birthday, October 24th. It’ll release in three versions: Standard Version, Birthday Edition (Deluxe), and Ron C Edition (Chopped & Screwed).

Feels like it’s been so long. Is life moving so fast in this generation that when we desire something it begins to move in slow motion? Are we just used to getting what we want right away? Or do we require one another to feel right about all that is going on around us? Maybe our anticipation is justified by the fact that we genuinely cannot wait to share a moment again? Either way, your life and mine are scheduled to meet on October 24…I wouldn’t miss it for the world.

See you soon.

Drake Releases His New Single: Headlines

Here’s the new Take Care single from Drizzy Drake, co-produced by Boi-1da and 40. Thoughts? I like Dreams Money Can Buy better. Since We All Scheme can’t post the download link, get it over at Drake’s official blog, October’s Very Own, where his team posted it this morning.

I find it ironic how these record labels are hunting down blogs / sites with music download links but rappers like Drake are PUTTING out their own download links. Doesn’t make any sense to me. Music and artists neede the internet and vice versa. Let everyone breathe record labels. You’ll make your money regardless if the music is good…

Drake’s sophomore album Take Care will release on October 24th according to his “encrypted” Twitter post. A single should be out in the coming weeks and if it’s on anywhere close to the level as Marvin’s Room or Dreams Money Can Buy, he should be good money.
