Videos of Yesterday’s Kanye West Performance At The Bowery Ballroom

So word got out yesterday morning that Kanye West was going to perform a “secret and ultra exclusive” show at NYC’s Bowery Ballroom at midnight. Once the “news” broke, links for a Ticketmaster ticket sale started appearing all over the internet and it didn’t become so secret after all. If you were one of the lucky media, Yeezy celebrity friends, or one of the few to actually get through to buy a $106 general admission ticket – then you witnessed one hell of a show which included an intimate ‘Ye performance in front of the small crowd as he ran through his My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy songs. The video above is actually his 9 minute ramble speech about any and everything. After the jump are the performance videos which includes appearances from Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, Teyana Taylor, Pusha T, Bon Iver, Swizz Beatz, and CyHi Da Prynce.

Jay-Z x Eminem x New Yankee Stadium (Night 1) Recap Pt. 1

There’s so many words that I can use to describe last night’s Jay-Z and Eminem show…Here are a few: CLASSIC, EPIC, AMAZING, HISTORY, and the list can go on. It was my first time seeing Eminem live and he brought it 110% and even paid homage to being able to have the chance to not only perform with Jay-Z in New Yankee Stadium but to perform in the Bronx, the birthplace of hip hop. Jay-Z, as expected, shut the city down and put on a set that went for over 2 hours which is absolutely unheard of! If you’re wondering if they performed your favorite Em or Jay song, then they probably did and you can actually check their set list out below. Surprise guests included (J. Cole and B.o.B opened) D12, 50 Cent, G-Unit, Dr. Dre, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Swizz Beatz, Memphis Bleek, Drake, Chris Martin, and Beyonce. After the jump, check out a picture my boy Medina took of King James as he happened to walk by our on the field seats (yes we know it came out blurry as shit haha).

September 28th and Gucci Mane is back on the shelves (and iTunes stores) with his new album The Appeal: Georgia’s Most Wanted. Chelsea Handler’s Pre-VMA Interview

As the host of this year’s upcoming MTV VMA’s, Chelsea Handler sat down with the network to talk about hosting the awards show and a little something something with Swizz Beatz and Justin Bieber. Here’s to hoping Chelsea is funny and Kanye does some outrageous shit again (or at least his performance is dope). Hit the jump for part two and three of the interview.
