Incase you’ve been under a rock these past few days – Blake Griffin MOZGOV’D Kendrick Perkins while LeBron James JUMPED OVER John Lucas III for the alley-oop. Both players are not human. Who’s the better dunker? And for all you dunk enthusiasts out there, enjoy 2 bonus dunks after the jump: LeBron posterizing Bill Walker and Andre Iguodala going off the glass to himself.

Video: Wade Puts Evan Turner On Skates x LeBron Dunks On 76ers

Everyone thought the Miami Heat would demolish the Philadelphia 76ers as we were going into this playoff series between the two. In game 1, the 76ers showed some heart and put up a fight to the shock of everyone. In game 2 though, it looked like an NBA team verse a low level D1 college team as everyone on the Heat got theirs and the 76ers struggled to get theirs. The game could be recapped in 2 plays, Dwyane Wade putting Evan Turner on skates with a sick crossover step-back for the baseline jumper and then a LeBron James fast break alley-oop on Jrue Holiday.

The Official 2011 NBA Playoffs Schedule

40 games in 40 nights! Let’s get it! It’s NBA Playoffs time – 2011 version. This photo was surfacing around the office inbox’s and I actually thought it was funny even as a Celtics fan myself. What’s even funnier though is that these Knicks’ fans think they can actually hang with the Celtics. New York doesn’t play a lick of defense so it’ll be an easy series in 5 games, maybe 6 if we’re playing sloppy.

Derrick Rose and the Bulls will breeze through the Pacers, same with the Heat and the 76ers. The Magic will see some resistance from the Hawks but they’ll be okay too. After that though, there’s no calling it. All four teams are talented and I haven’t been this excited to see how everything plays out. There’s no clear cut front runner and every team could make a run to the championship.

On the west side (*throws up Avon Barksdale W*), I’m kinda shocked that the Nuggets have managed to do so well with out Melo and Billups and even with so many injuries in the beginning of the year. To come out of the west though I’m going to roll with young Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook to take their games to another level.  Playoffs START NOW!

Jrue Holiday Gets Buried Alive By Dwight Howard

Wrong decision at the wrong time.  Watch as Jrue Holiday is chasing Jameer Nelson down on the Orlando Magic fastbreak and gets caught buried alive by a trailing Dwight Howard. There’s NO WAY Jrue knew that D12 was trailing him…right?

Rudy Gay’s One-Handed Throwdown All Over The 76ers

January 29, 2011 by

Although Rudy Gay sort of threw this one-handed slam down ala Dwight Howard’s Superman Dunk, it was still sick.  The poor Philadelphia 76ers got the L and they felt the wrath of Rudy’s hops last night…

Andre Iguodala Jams All Over Gerald Wallace

JaVale McGee Finishes The And-1 Dunk of The Year

Props to JaVale McGee for finishing this dunk on Elton Brand after blatantly being shoved.  I’m going to go ahead and say this finish is the And-1 play of the year so far just based off of how hard the foul was.

Darren Collison Dunks On Lou Williams

October 31, 2010 by

Lou Williams doubted Darren Collison’s ups and got jammed on last night!  In Lou’s defense, I bet the rest of the Indiana Pacer’s squad didn’t even know Collison had hops like that.  The 76ers lost the game and remain winless at 0-3 while the Pacers moved to 2-1.

Jrue Holiday Dunks On Anthony Randolph

October 21, 2010 by

Who knew Jrue Holiday had hops like this?  That’s not a good look for New York Knicks’ fans as Anthony Randolph is supposed to a player on the come up with lots of “potential”.  The 76ers are going to have a nice backcourt with Jrue on the point and Evan Turner and Iggy manning the wings.
