2010 NBA Draft Results

The first three picks of last night’s draft stayed on track as everyone had anticipated – John Wall at #1, Evan Turner at #2, and Derrick Favors at #3.  In my opinion, last night was realtively quiet as there wasn’t any blockbuster trades or even any surprise draft picks or any major players slipping through the picks.  Check out the first round result below and the second round after the jump:

The 2010 NBA Draft Lottery Results

Slide over to the two spot Gilbert Arenas because it looks like John Wall will be running the point guard position in Washington for the next decade.  The New Jersey Nets had the best odds to win the John Wall sweepstakes but slipped down to the 3 spot while the Wizards and Philadelphia 76ers crept up and stole the top two positions respectively.  The full results of the 2010 NBA Draft Lottery is below:
