NO DJ / CDQ Song Recap

Over the past couple of days, quite a few songs that I’ve posted have had their NO DJ / CDQ counterparts leak as well.  With my Macbook Pro’s harddrive deciding to commit suicide on me Sunday evening (for the second time), I haven’t had the time to upload these non tagged tracks until now.  The Monster megamix is fire; the Biebster remix is actually decent; Nicki and Will.I.Am do some futurastic pop shit to Check It Out; Nas kills it crazy as usual; and Drake’s original I’m Ready For You was better than the new version that dropped. Game is saying that this Brake Lights mixtape is a prequel to The R.E.D. Album but wasn’t The R.E.D. Nas for Levi’s Pioneer Sessions Campaign

Nas kicks off the Levi’s Pioneer Sessions Campaign which will feature twelve influential musicians in genres such as Pop, Rock, Rap, and Soul. Above Nas covers Slick Rick’s “Hey Young World”. The campaign shows each individual covering a classic hit, but with their own signature style. A great way to pay tribute to the past present and future of music and the brand Levi’s.
