Wade & LeBron Mock Dirk’s Fever, Dirk And Mavs Win Game 5

It’s not looking too good for the Heatles at about this time. First, before Game 5, all eyes were on LeBron and company after LeBron went on Twitter at 3am before the game and tweeted “Now or Never” and then publicly stating that Game 5 would be the biggest game of his life. Then, Dirk and the Mavericks pull away a Game 5 win to take the series lead AND then footage leaks out of Dwyane Wade and LeBron mocking Dirk’s fever in the pre-game tunnel. Things couldn’t get much worst for the team but now they gotta go home and win Game 6 just to survive. This summer Heat is pretty crazy in New York, I could only imagine what it’s going to be like in Miami on Sunday. Now it’s really “Now or Never”…

LeBron James Welcomes Ian Mahinmi To The NBA Finals

Who is Ian Mahinmi? Yeah, I said the same thing when I was watching Game 3 last night too. I’m sure LeBron never has heard of him because he showed him no mercy when he drove past Shawn Marion and threw down this thunderous dunk on poor Mahinmi. LeBron may never be King Clutch but he’ll always have highlights like this to keep us entertained. Just look at that still shot below!

Dirk Nowitzki Spoils Miami Heat’s Game 2 Dunkfest

One spinmove and one left handed layup spoiled Miami Heat’s dunkfest and 18 point lead in Game 2 of the NBA Finals. The Heat’s Big Three of LeBron, Wade, and Bosh were providing ABC viewers a game full of Sportscenter Top 10 highlights until they folded in the 4th quarter as Dirk Nowitzki, Jason Kidd, Jason Terry, and Shawn Marion led the Maverick’s rally to victory. This one might go to 7 folks…

LeBron & Wade Hold Down Game 1 Against Dallas

It’s happening…LeBron James and Dwyane Wade are finally forming that terrifying duo that can dominate NBA games with a little bit of role players and a lot of bit of defensive effort. We saw spurts of it throughout the regular season but it did take more than 82 games for the gel to smooth. Now in the NBA Finals it seems Bron and D-Wade are finishing each other’s sentences and just flat out playing on another level than everyone else. They took home a Game 1 victory and Dirk and Dallas will need a huge lift in Game 2 to steal one from the Heat.

Tim Donaghy Snitches On LeBron James’ Traveling Habits

May 30, 2011 by

This is kinda hilarious. Ex-NBA Referee Tim Donaghy has turned to YouTube to take revenge on the association that fired him for cheating and betting on games. Now that he’s jobless, he’s promoting some wack website and calling out Bron Bron for his traveling habits. Everyone knows that LeBron invented the crab dribble so traveling is just a part of his game. He does make a good point that no one mentioned the travel during that Chicago Bull’s game when it clearly was and everyone on Twitter blew up about it. It’s going to be interesting to see how Marc Cuban reacts to David Stern letting LeBron get away with those calls in the Finals. Game 1 – Dallas Mavericks @ Miami Heat goes down at 9 PM EST tomorrow night.

Video: Luol Deng Dunks On LeBron James

As Dwyane Wade would say, LeBron has been in Luol Deng’s position a million times. So hopefully he learned from the Jordan Crawford incident and accepts and comes to the realization that he’ll dunk on people 100 times a season but still might catch one or two dunks on his head as well. It happens to everyone who play’s basketball, if you play basketball on a high enough level where people can dunk. So to my defense, I’ve never been dunked on haha.

Video: Derrick Rose Dunks On Joel Anthony

The Chicago Bulls lost the game and are headed back to Chi-Town down 3-1 to the Miami Heat but Derrick Rose got some vicious dunks off last night. The one that stands out was his CRAM all over Joel Anthony’s head. A few seconds before that he showed his brute strength and speed by blowing past a defender for the continuation and-1 dunk. I don’t think the Bulls have enough fight in them to take this and win the series in seven games so until next year D-Rose…Enjoy fishing!

F*ck You Chuck! Love, Miami Heat Fans

May 23, 2011 by

Charles Barkley has been hating on the Heat all season long (actually for years) and he finally got a taste of his own medicine. During the postgame show outside the American Airlines Arena after Game 3 of the ECF, Heat fans were chanting things like “Fuck you Chuck” and “Barkley Sucks”. Looks like he couldn’t handle the hostility as he broke and flipped the fans off. Shout out to Kenny Smith for dancing along with the chants!

Kevin Durant & Udonis Haslem Go HAM On The Rim

Dwyane Wade (via Taj Gibson), Brendan Haywood (via Kevin Durant), and Keith Bogans & Derrick Rose (via Udonis Haslem) are all victims of being put on a poster so far in this NBA Conference Championships. The dunkers aren’t playing around this year…who’s getting it next?
