At least Heidi Montag knows how to poke fun at herself and her millions (no exaggeration) of different plastic surgery procedures.  Even with all of the knife work done to her, she doesn’t even look that good.

Of course you feel plastic, you just had 10 procedures in one day!

Heidi has had 10 plastic surgery procedures done since November 20th.  Really Heidi?!  That’s OD!  I like that your being honest but that’s way too much plastic surgery and you still don’t even look that good.  Your trying too hard to stay famous…

This isn’t a photoshop.  This is really Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s new book that they are going to begin touring the country promoting.  These clowns did anything to become famous and now look, they’re famous!

Cavallari is being paid $90,000 an episode, which is almost as much as Conrad was making: $125,000 an episode (or $2.5 million a year), according to a person with knowledge of the show’s contracts. Conrad’s deal stipulated that no other star’s salary could match hers while she was on The Hills, but those of supporting cast members Audrina Patridge, Lauren “Lo” Bosworth, and Montag come close: $100,000 a show. As for Pratt, his rate is a slightly less at $65,000 per show, because he only joined as a regular in 2008. (In comparison, the stars of The Real Housewives series receive a reported $30,000 a show.) In the case of Brody Jenner, Conrad’s BFFWB (Best Friend Forever With Benefits), he takes in $45,000.

I’m not sure if people actually care for Speidi Heidi Montag or rather even thinks she is attractive but here is for the people who do.
