Jeezy drops his new single with friends Jada and Fab, OJ. While this single circulate, Def Jam has officially announced that TM: 103 has gone gold selling over 500,000 copies.

Loso and DJ Drama return to the game to bury the competition in the latest installment of the mixtape series, There Is No Competition III: Death Comes In 3′s. Fab’s been quiet for the past few months but this tape will get him back in the hip hop elite conversations. Trigga’s been doing his thing lately with the whole “R&B singer turned rap artist.” At first I wasn’t too fond of all that but after I heard Chris Brown murder a few tracks, it’s grown on me a bit. With his new 5 song album that dropped last week (Nov. 25) on iTunes (The Inevitable), him and fellow artist Fabolous put out their video for the track “What I Be On.” I won’t lie, after watching the first 30 seconds of this video, I just sent my Christmas list to Santa asking to be Trey Songz.

While we were all enjoying seconds and thirds of our Thanksgiving feasts, Lupe Fiasco and Vado dropped some new music for their fans. Pretty much every rapper not named Jay-Z, Kanye West, Tupac, or Biggie has a verse on DJ Khaled’s new album.  Usually these rap posse cuts sound forced and out of place but DJ Khaled usually does do a good job of putting them together.
