Amar’e Stoudemire Isn’t Interested In Recruiting Baron Davis
The offense might go through ‘Melo, but the muscle belongs to Amar’e. He’s the one who originally signed with the Knicks, he signed the $100 million deal, he’s the superstar and the New York recruiter. After the Cleveland Cavaliers put PG Baron Davis on amnesty waivers Thursday afternoon, many believed that the Knicks would try to recruit him since their a little slender at the point guard position. B-Diddy is out for the next 10 weeks with a lower-back injury, which STAT knows about, Amar’e has made it well known that he has no interest in bringing in the L.A. product:
‘This guy’s out for eight to 10 weeks, he’s not our concern at all,’ Stoudemire said of Davis. ‘We can’t do anything about his injury. Right now we can’t afford to have any setbacks. We have a positive thing going. We feel great about our guys. Everybody’s healthy, so we’ve just got to keep it going.’
Stat’s right; it’s bad enough that ‘Melo had both elbow and knee surgery and just hyper-extended his knee in practice earlier this week, not to mention that Amar’e himself has back issues amongst other things. Lets not forget that their new signee C in Tyson Chandler isn’t exactly bulletproof either. The Knicks need another PG, no question, but I’m sure they’ll find a solution better than Davis.
2011 NBA Draft Lottery Results
May 18, 2011 by The Scheme King

It looks like David Stern and the NBA felt bad for LeBron bouncing on the Cleveland Cavaliers last summer so they laced them up with the winning of this year’s NBA Draft Lottery. The Cavs were represented by Cav’s owner, Dan Gilbert’s son Nick Glibert who is seen holding the jersey above. Due to a trade, the Cavs also hold the #4 pick in the draft. This draft position leaves them in a nice position to grab some solid talent and start building for the future. Let’s hope Gilbert does the right thing and gets Derrick Williams at #1 and then either point guard Brandon Knight or combo guard Kemba Walker at #4. Check out the rest of the lottery results below:
- Cleveland Cavaliers (from L.A. Clippers)
- Minnesota Timberwolves
- Utah Jazz (from New Jersey)
- Cleveland Cavaliers
- Toronto Raptors
- Washington Wizards
- Sacramento Kings
- Detroit Pistons
- Charlotte Bobcats
- Milwaukee Bucks
- Golden State Warriors
- Utah Jazz
- Phoenix Suns
- Houston Rockets

Floyd “Money” Mayweather is about his money! As a man who lives his life of a gamble (winning fights or not), it’s to no surprise that Mayweather takes a lot of his cash winnings and throws it right back into the Vegas Sports Betting circulation to turn around and win more cash. Almost all of his recent Twitter posts have been pictures of his winning tickets from winning $40,000 on the Portland Trailblazers to counting on Derrick Rose to win you $37,272.75 to even the Cleveland Cavaliers winning him $47,619.05 and others.

Since Bron Bron left Cleveland, I wasn’t expecting to post too many Cavalier’s highlights this season but Kris Humphries made it so I had to. Watch as J.J. Hickson serves Humphries a dunk that had him tossing in his sleep with night terrors last night.
