Here’s a new free album from Cleveland, Ohio rapper Chip Tha Ripper.  I know he’s a fan favorite to some of you readers so check out his new Gift Raps project presented by IllRoots and Karmaloop.  Nearly all of the tracks were produced by Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kids.
