DJ Steve Porter – Press Hop 2

DJ Steve Porter and ESPN’s Sportsnation just blessed the world with Press Hop 2 complete with cameos from LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Tiger Woods, Brett Favre, Ron Artest, Randy Moss, Allen Iverson, Deion Sanders, Mike Tyson, and more.  This one was pretty funny but nothing DJ Steve Porter makes will EVER top the original Press Hop.

Jay Leno sat down with Brett Favre and talked to him about his past two seasons with the New York Jets and the Minnesota Vikings, as well as the loss to the New Orleans Saints, this year’s Super Bowl game, and his future plans about returning to the field for another year or to finally enter into retirement.

It’s clear that Brett Favre is the best option at quarterback next year for the Minnesota Vikings and their fans know it.  They were a game away from reaching the Super Bowl, and their fans have dedicated a 2nd billboard in Minnesota to convince Brett to stay for one more season.  Hit the jump for a third billboard that is dedicated to Brett’s backup, Tarvaris Jackson.  Shouts to Jersey Chaser.

The Best Super Bowl XLIV Commercials

I know not everyone is a football fan and those people only watch the Super Bowl to catch the new commercials that companies decide to spend millions of dollars to broadcast.  Although I felt like last night’s commercials have had better years, there were still a nice amount of good commercials including the hilarious E-Trade – Baby Girlfriend commercial above.  Hit the jump for the rest of the night’s best commercials featuring ads from Doritos (House Rules), Bud Light (Voice Box featuring T-Pain), Intel (Lunch Room), Dodge (Man’s Last Stand), Hyundai (10 Years Strong featuring Brett Favre), and Volkswagen – PunchDub (featuring Tracy Morgan & Stevie Wonder), and even a spot from David Letterman, Jay Leno, and Oprah Winfrey.

Minnesota Vikings Fans Dedicate A Billboard To Brett Favre

It looks like some 80,000+ Minnesota Vikings came together on a Facebook group and threw their money together to purchase this billboard in support of the idea of Brett Favre returning for next season.  I think Favre has at least one (maybe two) year’s left in his tank.  Shouts to JerseyChaser for the find.

Hyundai’s Super Bowl XLIV Commercial Starring Brett Favre

Cars.com gave an early premier to their Super Bowl XLIV commercial a couple of days ago so Hyundai had to one up them today with their commercial starring Brett Favre that will air during the second quarter of this year’s Super Bowl.  The best part about this commercial is that I won’t be surprised if Favre is still contemplating retirement in the year 2020.

Brett Favre’s Minnesota Viking’s Press Conference

This old man waited till the Vick fiasco happened first so that he could come in and steal his shine.  He knew all along he was coming back but just purposely waited for the right moment where it could he would create the most controversy.  I’m not mad though because it takes the media away from Vick which will allow him to focus on getting back to his old self on the football field.  As far as the Vikings are concerned, any QB is an upgrade from Tarvaris Jackson and Adrian “All Day” Peterson is a known beast and so is the defense so the Vikings should be one of the favorites to come out of the NFC.
