Music Video: Khleo Thomas – “Slick”

Remember the little curly-haired kid from the 2003 Disney film ‘Holes?’ Well, Khleo Thomas has grown and is ready to make a name for himself. When he first got started in the hip-hop game, he was known as Bow Wow’s buddy and he threw him on a couple tracks to let the world get a sample of the rapper/actor. He dropped his first mixtape ‘The World Is A Cartoon‘ at the start of the 2010 year that featured artists such as Soulja Boy, Bow Wow, YG and a real dope track called ‘My Dog‘ featuring The-Dream, then followed up with his second ‘The Next Episode.‘

On August 15, Khleo dropped the kids label with The Plus Records and joined the big boys at Universal Records out of New York. His debut album is set to drop in 2012. Until then, peep the new video for his song “Slick.”

Chris Brown Hulk’d out yesterday at the Good Morning America studios but that didn’t prevent his new CD F.A.M.E. and new music video to come out. Produced by Benny Benassi and on camera features from Swizz Beatz, Pharrell Williams, Teyana Taylor, T-Pain, Game, Timbaland, Estelle, Bow Wow, Nelly, and others.

Get Ready For A YMCMB Hot Summer!

Look at this picture that’s floating around the web today!  It looks like Birdman is gearing up for “a hot summer” of YMCMB releases starting with Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV on May 24th and ending with Drake’s Take Care album on September 13th.  Obviously all of these dates are tentative and nothing is set in stone.  Also obvious is that no one cares about the June 7th – July 5th YMCMB releases.
