You can never go wrong with a pair of Jordan 1′s and because Jordan Brand has been going on a retro spree these past couple of years, we’ll get to see a bunch of nice colorways released this Fall 2011. Hightop AJ1′s with white base and then Carolina Blue or Yellow or Red or Navy Blue or Royal Blue or Celtic Green accents. Each pair will be priced at $110 and will be available at national retailers. Did You Hear About The Air Jordan 1 “Banned” Release?

Imagine if…? Well Air Jordan imagined sneakerheads yesterday when they had a surprise release of the “Banned” Air Jordan I (1)’s at only Nike Outlet stores. No Niketowns, 21 Mercer, Tier 1 Account stores, etc. got any pairs – ONLY Nike Outlet stores got the shipments. It was a pretty crazy marketing strategy for the distribution and it’s kinda causing some outroar as there was no pre-press on the release so it was complete luck if you happened to be at one of the outlet malls that carried them. The Jordan Brand is releasing 2 fresh colorways of some new Jordan 1′s for the month of November. They’ll retail for $156 and are already available at select locations. The dark obsidian colorway is pictured above and the metallic zinc pair is pictured after the jump.

Phoenix Suns Air Jordan Championship Pack

Officially scheduled to release this weekend, here we feature a preview of the Air Jordan Championship Pack – Phoenix Suns. The inspiration behind the pack is the 1993 NBA Finals in which Michael Jordan and the Bulls defeated Charles Barkley. The pack consists of a pair of Air Jordan 6 (Six) Rings and two colorways in the Air Jordan 1
(I) Low Phat model. The Jordan 6 (Six) Rings model sports a white patent leather design at the base of the upper along with detailed illustrations at the top. The Air Jordan 1 (I) Low Phat model comes in two colorways, one which features a black upper and the other a white one, respectively. All three consist of orange and purple accents, matching the color scheme of the Phoenix Suns
