Not only do stories get covered up when LeBron gets dunked on by college kids but stories ALSO get covered up when LeBron is a host of a crazy The Hangover-like Vegas Party.  If you haven’t heard, an ESPN Los Angeles writer was invited as part of LeBron’s entourage at his recent party at the TAO night club where he wrote an article about his adventure that night but ESPN later pulled it.  If you don’t want to read the full article (via Deadspin), the good folks at The Basketball Jones reenacted the night.  Part 2 after the jump.

The Team Jordan brand just released this full set of commercials where their team of hoopers explain their love for this game we refer to as basketball.  Up top is Michael Jordan’s spot and after the jump is Chris Paul, Joe Johnson, Gerald Wallace, Mike Bibby, and Kevin Martin’s commercials.

This kid pictured above made the mistake of wearing his LeBron James Miami Heat jersey to a Cleveland Indians game last night against the Yankees. Apparently he started confrontation by heckling the crowd, but the Cleveland fans went right back at him with verbal abuse including chanting “throw him out” and their wish came true. He doesn’t seem too bothered about it, but it makes you feel bad for Cleveland fans (every sport). Oh, and the Indians lost 8-0!

DJ Steve Porter and ESPN’s Sportsnation just blessed the world with Press Hop 2 complete with cameos from LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Tiger Woods, Brett Favre, Ron Artest, Randy Moss, Allen Iverson, Deion Sanders, Mike Tyson, and more.  This one was pretty funny but nothing DJ Steve Porter makes will EVER top the original Press Hop.

SportsIllustrated.com made a list of the 25 most hated teams in sports history. The top 3 most hated teams are pictured above with 3 being the ‘92 Cowboys, 2 the ‘88-’89 Pistons, and number 1 being the ‘86 Hurricanes. Also featured on this list are the 2010-2011 Miami Heat who are yet to play a game! Interviewing himself is just an everyday thing for Ron Artest, ESPN just happened to catch him on camera this time. Ron and Ron talk about this past season, how he wants to teach math, his dream collaboration with Celine Dion, and the many great reasons why #37 is his favorite jersey number he’s ever wore.

Chris Bosh is soaking up all of the new attention he is getting since the decision to pair with Wade and Bron. Here he is on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon from last night, where he shows his comedic side, and plays a little one on one with Jimmy.  He didn’t get the love he deserved while in Toronto, so he really embracing his new lifestyle. Shouts to AP for posting this awesome photoshop of Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, and Michael Jordan rocking some black Miami Heat jerseys.  If you’ve been living under a rock, MJ recently said he would never call Bird or Magic up to play on the same team together because he was trying to beat them and not be teammates with them.

Oh man, this dude Pitbull Carlos Arroyo just smacked this dude over a soft foul hahaha.  He’s going to be a good fit as a role player off the bench who adds some toughness for the Miami All-Stars Heat squad.

Team USA held their official intrasquad scrimmage this past Saturday night to give the public their first view of this year’s World Basketball Championship competing national team.  The roster will be trimmed down to 12 players today and so far the only locks are Kevin Durant, Chauncey Billups, and Derrick Rose.  Find my final roster picks below:
