My little 16 year old homie can rap! Someone important out there give this kid a listen! It’s his 3rd FULL length project…not many kid artists can say that, let alone adult rappers. Give it a listen at the link below:
Music Trailer: Future – Jordan Diddy
I won’t lie, Future’s grown on me. He’s been given a lot of love from some of Atlanta’s ‘old head’ artists such as Ludacris and T.I., but homie has been grinding on his own for a bit. His newest mixtape ‘Astronaut Status’ is set to drop Thursday, January 12. Is there a better way to get fans hyped up for a new tape by showing them old clips of Michael Jordan hitting game winners and hip-hop mogul Diddy in his prime? You tell me.

If you read the tracklisting and thought classic mixtape, then you thought correctly. If you haven’t heard the tape yet, you need to download it immediately and listen to it because it’s good. It’s really, really good. The tape is complete with dope Rozay sounding beats, crazy hooks and verses, and an amazing list of features. It’s not even 10 days into the new year of 2012 and Ross has set the bar extremely high for any rappers that are trying to compete with him in 2012. Chess, not checkers. God Forgives, I Don’t, Rozay’s new album is coming soon. If he gave out this mixtape worth of dope music for free – imagine what he’s going to cook up in the studio when he’s going to charge us for it?! Download link for the project and music video for Stay Schemin’ with Drake and French Montana are below.

When Tip got out of prison this last (and hopefully the last) time, many wondered if we’d see the real T.I. again. Mixtape: Yo Gotti – January 10th (The Mixtape)
As just a reminder for when his album Live From The Kitchen drops, Memphis trap-trapper Yo Gotti put out a real banger with his latest mixtape. Although there are 3 or 4 songs on the tape that are interviews, the other tracks, for the most part, are ones you’d have on repeat for a couple days.
As for his album, Mr. Cocaine Muzik himself decided to give us a sneak-peak at the tracklist:
