Mixtape: Curren$y & Harry Fraud – Cigarette Boats
Peep Spitta’s new colab’ mixtape featuring Harry Fraud. Trust me, it’s tough!
Video: Ace Hood – A Hustler’s Prayer
Peep the homie Ace Hood’s visual to his track “A Hustler’s Prayer” off of his Starvation mixtape.
Mixtape: Yung Berg – Chicago Redemption
I’ve already told you folks about how big of a Yung Berg fan I am. Yeah, he went through a lot of trials and tribulations while he was basically on his own as a young artist and dealt with a lot of beef from different cities but, he’s back better than ever now and produces a lot of music for artists these days (which is why you haven’t heard anything from him for a minute). Peep his newest mixtape “Chicago Redemption” – DJ’d by DJ MoonDawg – where he puts on with Chicago rappers (a couple legends like Twista and Do or Die).
Mixtape: Jadakiss (Feat. DJ Drama) – Consignment
On Thursday, Jadakiss dropped his mixtape – hosted by DJ Drama – called “Consignment” and let my start by saying that there are a lot of bangers on this tape. With guest features like Meek Mill, 2 Chainz, Ace Hood, French Montana, Wale, Styles P and Gucci Mane, how could it not end up being a banger?
You can download the tape here.
Mixtape: Stalley – Savage Journey To The American Dream
On Friday, when Stalley decided to drop his newest mixtape, my Macbook charger decided to quit on me and I was left all weekend without any new music. Luckily, I was with the homie all weekend so it didn’t kill me too much. But today’s a new day and all I have to say about this tape is that it’s a classic. Stalley fits in perfectly with MMG because Ross lets him bring in his different style of rapping without making any changes.
Mixtape: Ace Hood – Starvation
Y’all already know how I feel about Ace Hood; he’s one of my top 3 favorite rappers in the game right now. Every time he releases something new, he’s gotten better. And with his newest mixtape “Starvation” that dropped on Friday, the homie from Florida is on his way to the top.
Mixtape: Yung Berg Feat. Mia Rey – Mikkey & Mallory
As I’ve said a few times before, I’ve always like Yung Berg’s music. He’s greatly improved since he first came out and is no longer getting jumped and having his chain snatched up. His recent mixtape, “Mikkey and Mallory,” featuring his lady cover, Mia Rey, dropped today and it’s full of nothing but dope hits! And for those who don’t know what Mikkey and Mallory stand for, I suggest watching the movie “Natural Born Killers.” In the meantime, you can find the tape here.
Mixtape: YG x DJ Mustard – 4 Hunnid Degreez
YG has been making his place in the hip hop game ever since he was named one of XXL’s 2011 Freshman of the Year. With his newest mixtape “4 Hunnid Degreez” making its way onto the streets today, folks have a chance to listen to his much improved flow and guest features with performances by Meek Mill, Ty$, 2 Chainz, Tyga, Nipsey Hussle and more. Peep the tracklisting and download link after the jump!
