The Nike Design team is really going hard at creating outside of the box colorways for Kevin Durant’s new signature kicks, the Nike Zoom KD IV. You saw KD unveil the “Nerf” editions a few weeks back, now check out this new “Weatherman” edition. The inspiration for this design is simple, KD wanted to be a weatherman when he was growing up. The shoe includes a cool graphic that is resembled after a weatherman’s Doppler radar. Hit the jump for more images.

No Job? Apply To Be The UNC Head Football Coach

Either the UNC Football program is DESPERATE or someone has pulled off one of the greatest hoax of all time. As the program is constantly overlooked by their more popular men’s basketball team, the football team needs new leadership in the form of a new Head Coach. Instead of going the typical route of promoting an assistant coach or even hitting up unemployed Head Coaches, the University of North Carolina listed a job opening on their school’s job board for potential applicants to apply to become the UNC Head Football Coach.  I might even apply just for the fun of it to see if I get a phone interview at the very least! Position Summary:
Manage and administer the UNC Football Program within University, ACC and NCAA rules and regulations. Promote academic progress of student-athletes. On and off-field coaching responsibilities to include but not limited to: recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and administrative responsibilities for the Football Program. A strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified student-athletes focused on both academics and athletics. All functions of the position will be performed in compliance with the rules, regulations, policies and guidelines of the NCAA, ACC, The University and the Athletic Department, and will be conducted with integrity and high ethical and moral standards.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Two years of successful intercollegiate coaching and recruiting experience at the NCAA Division I level preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills required.

While we were all enjoying seconds and thirds of our Thanksgiving feasts, Lupe Fiasco and Vado dropped some new music for their fans. Stevie Johnson Plax’s In The Endzone: Shoots Himself In The Leg

Google+ Is Sponsoring The LeBron, Melo, Wade & CP3 Homecoming Basketball Tour

Jordan Brand and Nike Basketball’s four major NBA players are taking on their roles as NBA superstars and hosting a Homecoming Basketball Tour in each of their respective hometowns or current places of residence. LeBron is taking the crew to Akron, Melo is taking them to Jerz, Wade is taking them to Chi-Town, and CP3 is taking them to New Orleans. The Google+ sponsored tour (yes, they’re really trying to push this Google social network thing hard and take down Facebook) will begin on December 1st in Akron and then conclude on December 10th in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Google will take on the digital role of live streaming each of the games. I’m sure each game will be jam packed with highlights and whole rosters full of even more superstars.
