Kevin Durant Named Cover Athlete For NBA Elite 2011

It looks like EA Sports scrapped the NBA Live title and renamed it NBA Elite. Why though?! In terms of basketball videogames, the NBA Live name has practically been there since day 1. Maybe they think a new name will help them catch back up to the popularity of the NBA 2K series. All due respect to Kevin Durant, but Michael Jordan’s 2K11 cover is going to be better than yours. It’s ironic too because I only play with the Oklahoma City Thunder in NBA 2K10.
