I’m not sure why she isn’t donning some crazy outfit on this cover of Cosmopolitan Magazine. I do know that it’s isn’t as weird as her Q Magazine cover but I still think Lady Gaga has a long way to go to reach normal-ism (if that’s what she’s trying to do with this cover).
