Google Chrome Tablet In The Works?

I know this is just a fan made concept video but I wouldn’t be surprised if Google has some sort of tablet in the works to compete with Apple. I wonder how long it’ll be until we have a Google product (computers, laptops, mp3 players, etc.) to compete with those of Apples.
